Called explicitly mentioning needing an emergency appointment for pain on a specific tooth, and was scheduled for such the following day. when I get there, i have to repeat myself to the dentist 4 times "im here for just that tooth" as he continues to patronize me about other teeth im already aware are not well (the teeth are in mY mouth after all, im aware) and then my husband reiterates for a 5th time when he finally mentions "we didnt have you down for an emergency exam, you were schedule for a full exam(29$) let me change that," so for getting xrays and him not looking at my teeth they charged us 181$, and then mentioned the extraction would be 440 additional dollars, and theyd have to have me come back in later, when on the phone we were quoted 29$ exam and 265$ for an extraction starting price- that apparently needed to be 440$. Patronizing and robbing you to your face, they are supposed to be healthcare professionals.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk, the assistants, and the doctor who treated me (he's from Colombia, though I apologize for forgetting his name) were all outstanding. I came in with a very frustrating issue from an implant done elsewhere, and they truly resolved my emergency. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place. I live in Miami and was just passing through Cape Coral for a few days, but I'm glad I found them.

I had the most beautiful experience at this office. I was greeted by the most wonderful girl upfront, and was pulled back and accompanied by the best Dental Assistant, Suray. She helped walk me through my whole appointment and was helping me in the room during the appointment. Her presence was comforting. After the whole appointment, it was time for the consultation portion, and I was beyond scared. Money is tight (and gas ain't cheap) but Aida walked me though that whole process seamlessly. She put me on a payment plan and finally, something that I thought was unattainable (getting dental work done since it is so expensive) was finally happening in front of me. Aida truly worked her magic and scheduled all my appointments for me. I have never felt so cared for in any healthcare facility, let alone a dental office. Aida is a gem, but in all honesty... she is a reflection of the truly superb remainder of staff. Their sense of office comradery is so strong. Rather than feeling like you've stepped into an office, you feel like you've stepped into a family. I will tell all my friends to come here if they're needing any dental work done!

I want to give a special thank you to Suray. I was very anxious and nervous about my appointment, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and calming. Even though she wasn’t the one doing my teeth, she took the time to comfort me and help ease my anxiety. Her kindness truly made such a difference in my experience. People like Suray are what make patients feel safe and cared for. Thank you for going above and beyond I’m very grateful

I had a dental emergency, went to my Dentist who refused to help unless I had xrays and then gave me a $3,000 treatment plan. So I said Absolutely NOT and went for a 2nd opinion. I found Delta Dental on Pine Island in Cape Coral and I couldn't be happier! The staff were warm and welcoming. First time patient and I received complimentary full mouth xrays and evaluation with a Dentist. I saw a Hygienist as well who did an evaluation on my periodontal issue and I CHOSE to have her do a deep cleaning since I was due and also a oral cancer screening. OH... and I had my issue resolved and treated by the dentist himself, he was amazing and it was all for only $250. I guess you would say, smart move and GOOD CHOICE. Highly recommend this practice, wish it was my first choice from the beginning!!!
